Small parts are the easiest things to lose in a move. A bed frame comes apart into a dozen bolts, a TV has a remote and three cables, and a bookcase has shelf pins that fit nothing else.
In this video, the Oler Relo crew shows how the parts box works. Every piece is bagged, labelled with the item it belongs to and placed in one carton that is marked and loaded so it can be found first at your new home.
If you are packing yourself, the same idea works. One box, one label, every small part bagged and named. Hand it to the crew on moving day and tell them it is the parts box.
