What countries do you move to?

How far in advance should I plan an international move?

International moves require more lead time than domestic moves. We recommend contacting us at least six to twelve weeks before your target move date, and earlier if possible. Customs requirements, container availability, and transit times vary significantly by destination.

What is the difference between FCL and LCL shipping?

FCL (Full Container Load) means your belongings fill an entire shipping container — your container, your shipment only. LCL (Less than Container Load) means your shipment shares container space with other customers’ goods, which is cost-effective for smaller moves. We will recommend the right option based on your shipment size.

Do you handle customs paperwork?

Yes. Oler Relo prepares and coordinates all required customs documentation for your destination country as part of your international move.

Does my move need to be employer-sponsored to use Oler Relo for international moving?

No. Oler Relo handles international moves for individuals and families regardless of whether the move is employer-sponsored. You do not need to be relocating for work to use our services. Do you offer storage if my shipment arrives before I do?
