Along with with the Quality Award, United Bestowed us with the Customer Excellence Award 2021, where customer reviews ranked us a top performer in shipments and moves.

Safety is foremost with Oler Relo, and to get this award running with larger United enterprises is the example of what can happen when you stick to safety awareness every mile.

Sharing awards and then sharing some crawfish
To satisfy the quest for excellence, especially at 5:00p.m. on Friday, you do a Crawfish Boil. Blake Oler and his “Crew of Cuisine” got 200 lbs. of live Crawfish and 2 cookers that looked about as big as one of those Starships down Boca Chica way.
The skills of the “Crew” had were executed with brilliance. No one got cut, pinched or blowed up.
While they prepped, cut and boiled, The rest of Oler Relo imbibed on thirst quenching beverages arranged and served by professional bartender.
They talked the honors up, drooled a little bit brought on by the spicy Cajun aromas, until they saw the crawfish being dumped out on the tables, where everybody raced to them to take their place in the feast.
Since each employee could bring family members, there was a great span of age, from grade schoolers to CEO and Chairman.
I watched those grade schoolers eat those crawfish and found out they were eating them the easy way. I took on their technique fast. I had been eating them all wrong for years.
