Oler Relo Group’s facility utilizes energy saving technology including:
Motion activated lighting for office environment
Translucent paneling enabling lighting to not be used most days – 1/3 of lighting is used daily
T5 Fluorescent Warehouse Lighting System – reducing wattage by over 50% per bulb
Enclosed & Insulated Climatized Storage
Energy Efficient Windows and Tinting
Build Your Dreams Forklifts- BYD Forklifts utilize a safe and non-toxic battery system. The battery system produces zero emissions and zero pollution. Once the useful life of the battery expires, the expired battery is repurposed in energy storage stations or is recycled.
Smart Energy Usage
Oler Relo Group utilizes technology controls that allow our staff to function at a reduced energy requirement.
Paperless – Oler Relo Group embraces paperless operations in as many areas as possible. To achieve the same efficiency as a paper environment, we utilize the document imaging function and electronic signature options in every area available. This includes pre-move surveys, bill of lading documents, inventory forms, and accessorial forms.
Technology – Oler Relo Group encourages smart technology usage in the following areas:
Computers are set to reduced energy mode after 20 minutes of idle
Procedurally, staff is required to shut down computers entirely at close of business or expected non usage exceeding 2 hours.
Printing – Printing is controlled and network printers are defaulted to double sided printing. Procedurally, we restrict printing in areas that are paperless.
Recycling – Oler Relo Group utilizes both document shredding, printer cartridges, and technology recycling for waste.
Office Relocation Moving Services
Oler Relo Group provides a environmentally friendly office move service.
Box-Less Move – To avoid box usage we utilize office moving crates and spider cranes
Office Environment Property Protection – Oler Relo Group utilizes reusable materials including:
Polynite for floor protection
Mat-a-doors for door entry protection
Technology Packaging – Oler Relo Group utilizes reusable bubble packaging called Comp-U-Wraps. Comp-U-Wraps replace disposable bubble packaging and have a useful life of over 5 years.
Used Packing Material Program
Oler Relo Group repurposes used cartons by offering them at no cost to our clients, donating to charitable organizations, and utilizing for floor and wall protection. At a customer’s request, we will credit the cost of new cartons when they choose to utilize used cartons on their move.
