Executive Leadership

Nancy Oler

Nancy has over 15 years of experience in the moving industry, and has performed every single job in the company, except for driving a tractor. She took over the helm of the company in 2006.Today, Nancy’s primary focus is on managing the executive team and customer service, although she sees her role as a supportive one for everyone who is involved with the company. She prides herself in having a very open-door policy, and considers the company, its employees, and customers as her extended family. She is a very personable and compassionate leader for the company, and places high value on the hard work and dedication that is necessary to run a successful business. Over the years, she has instilled those same qualities in her sons, Bryan and Blake, who co-manage the company.Outside of the office, Nancy loves spending time with her four grandchildren, and can often be seen riding her Jet Ski at Caney Creek.

NANCY OLER

President

Blake Oler

Blake is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. This includes recruitment of key personnel, as well as working with current team members to assist them in achieving their career goals. He co-manages the company with his brother Bryan, and his primary focus is to grow the company’s capacity to support new business development. To that end, he strives to recruit and retain the best staff, drivers, and crews with a shared laser focus on delivering high quality, safe service to our customers. He closely follows the company credo, which is all about treating members of the team like members of family. He believes that an encouraging environment is one that drives passion in employees, which will naturally lead to great results for the company. At the same time, he empowers employees so that they will feel confident in making daily decisions. He says, “Bryan and I have always surrounded ourselves with the best talent in the industry, which makes managing a breeze.”

Blake is a graduate of Texas Tech University, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. When not moving and shaking, Blake can be found spending time with his beautiful wife Chelsea, and their children June and Calvin.

Outside of work, Blake enjoys spending time with his family and friends, as well as going on fishing and hunting adventures.

BLAKE OLER

Vice President Integration

Bryan Oler

Bryan is responsible for providing the strategic direction for Oler Relo Group. Under his thoughtful leadership several key initiatives have been put into place that have positioned the company for continued growth and expansion. He co-manages the company with his brother Blake, and is responsible for managing the sales and marketing functions of the company, as well as overseeing the Accounting Department and other employees. Bryan believes in assembling an experienced, effective team that will be integral in the future success of the company. He has a strong understanding for business and the industry, but above all else, he remains true to the company’s culture, where customers and colleagues are treated like family.

Bryan is a graduate of Baylor University, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. He also holds his Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation from Worldwide ERC, the workforce mobility association.

When not moving and shaking, Bryan can be found spending time with his beautiful wife Lindsey, and their children Prestyn and Barrett

BRYAN OLER

Vice President Strategy

David Barrett

David Barrett is the company controller and head of Human Resources. His primary responsibility is to oversee all things financial, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, financial statement production, banking relationships, payroll, insurance, and driver statements. Oler Relo Group relies on David to keep a watchful eye on the company’s bottom line, managing the company’s cash flow so we are able to accomplish our business needs in a timely manner. With over 7 years of experience, David bring real world common sense, conservativism, and a strong emotional IQ to help us keep the business moving forward.

He attended the University of Houston, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, and an MBA with a concentration in Finance.

DAVID BARRETT

Vice President Finance & Accounting

Kevin Crofoot

Kevin has been with the company for 9 years and has over 19 years of experience in the moving industry. His primary focus is on commercial and national accounts sales for the company. He brings a wealth of organizational and time management skills, which are both essential in his ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while ensuring that they all reduce downtime for our customers. This requires proper planning and communication, as well as making various adjustments to the plan as necessary to best suit the needs of the clients. When it comes to executing the plan, Kevin’s goal is always to exceed the expectations of the customer. This begins with careful pre-move organization, and Kevin’s expert guidance every step of the way.

A graduate of Texas A&M University, Kevin earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Distribution. He is also a member of CRN (Commercial Relocation Network), where he served on the Board of Directors for 7 years, and was the vice president for 2 years. In 2014, he was awarded with CRN’s Commercial Relocation Participation Award. Kevin’s membership and involvement with the organization has allowed him to build personal relationships with the best-in- class commercial movers from around the country. It has also allowed him to extend the service level of the company to trusted allies throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Belinda Laake

Belinda’s key responsibility is to ensure customer satisfaction both during and after the move. This includes the handling and escalation of any issues that may arise, as well as the creation of a solid move process and training programs that allow us to better serve our customers. She has made training a core focus, because she knows that having a properly trained team is the best way to avoid costly mistakes. With a strong foundation in operations and accounting, Belinda calls on her many years of experience in the industry, which helps her to have a big picture view of everything that is involved in the moving business. Always customer focused, Belinda has a reputation for thinking outside of the box when it comes to finding the best solutions to any situation. She describes her customer service style as one that treats customers like a member of her own family, which is in keeping with our company mantra: “Our family moving your family.”

Mark Nevels

Mark has been in the moving industry for nearly 3 years, and has over 20 years of knowledge of the business through his family connection to Oler Relo Group. As Director of Risk Management, Mark is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and analyzing risks inherent to all areas of operation for the company. He is also responsible for educating, advising, and counseling all owners, officers, and employees of the company about risk reduction and avoidance. His highest priority is to ensure that safety is always top-of-mind in all aspects of the business. He is a natural when it comes to building internal and external relationships, and says that this is his favorite part of his job.

Mark has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of North Texas, and a Master’s of Divinity with Biblical Languages from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (SWBTS).
